Exchange Policy We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Return Policy: We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Money Refunds are the same way as the purchase occurred
How to Request an Exchange: Contact us on WhatsApp within 30 days of receiving your order. Send your order number and a photo of the item. We will confirm eligibility and arrange the exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items: Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible. Sale items and items purchased with a discount code above 30% off are final sale.
Defective or Wrong Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace it at no cost to you.
COD Orders For Cash on Delivery orders, exchanges follow the same policy. Shipping fees for the return and re-delivery of exchanged items are covered by the customer.
Paymob Card Payments Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original card or wallet used for payment within 7–14 business days. Refunds cannot be issued after 90 days from the purchase date.
