Overview This website is operated by FANKOO. By visiting our store, placing an order, or using any part of our services, you agree to the following terms.

Orders By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or cannot be verified.

Pricing All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices at the time of your order are final for that order.

Payment We accept Cash on Delivery, card payments via Paymob, Vodafone Cash, and InstaPay. For Vodafone Cash and InstaPay payments, orders are processed after payment confirmation is received and verified.

Shipping Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by governorate. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after handoff.

COD Orders Cash on Delivery orders require confirmation via WhatsApp before shipping. Unconfirmed orders will not be dispatched. Repeated failed deliveries may result in COD being unavailable for future orders from the same customer.

Intellectual Property All content on this website -including the FANKOO name, logo, designs, photography, and copy- is the property of FANKOO and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability FANKOO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the original order.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
