Where We Ship We currently ship within Egypt only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Times Cairo and Giza: 1–2 business days Alexandria: 1–3 business days Delta and Canal Governorates: 2–4 business days Upper Egypt and Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your governorate.

Cash on Delivery COD is available across Egypt. A WhatsApp confirmation is required before your order is dispatched. If we cannot reach you for confirmation within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, a second attempt will be made. After two failed attempts, the order is returned to us and a re-delivery fee applies.
